Decent rush class but overall still bottom tier. Maybe over the next couple of years they can develop but as of right now they have nothing on Sig Chi and Sig Nu. Both of which got the best classes in the freshman class by far.

SigEp has the only frat house at Villanova. However they have fallen off greatly from their glory days. Thanks to a poor class of juniors, sophomores, and now freshman (3 freshman), Sigep is emerging as a bottom tier frat held up only by their house. The freshman members knew the situation was so bad they ditched for other bids even after going through the pledging process and spending months with the brothers.
