Good group of guys. There is a strange vibe about these men but, not in a bad way. They are in the top tier but, sometimes feel like the outcast of the top tier.

Delta Sig doesn't have a domineering facade. On the surface they are normal, run-of-the-mill bros. Social: However, in their closed parties and parties away from the house they out party every other house on campus. Brotherhood/Classines s: They've always had a few knuckleheads, but by and large they try to do the right thing. Friendliness: By and large they're gentlemen. Unlike some of the other houses they aren't flat out rude. But they aren't super friendly. (Better than most fraternities, standard for a normal person.

Best group of guys I know. They truly care about the people they encounter and always show up to other Greek events. Their brotherhood is the best out of the entire community and it certainly shows.

Delta Sigma Phi is a very accepting, accommodating, and welcoming fraternity. Rush events are typically more diverse than your standard house tour and asking what your parents do for a living. Very involved on campus and almost always has a presence at other Greek events in support of the Greek community. The house is steadily improving.

These gentlemen have come along way in the past 2 years. The maturity has been present and were able to get better grades. The house has underwent some renovations in the past 2 years like replacing the carpet, fixing the ceiling in the chapter room for parties to be held upstairs, and a few others. These guys are really open and willing to help any individual that seeks it. They are not binge drinkers, but casual for the most part. they seriously deserve more respect. Keep it line boys. YITBOS!
