Phi Delt has really gone downhill in the past few years. They were the top dogs on campus but not at all anymore. They got 5-6 pledges this year, a ton less than usual. Hopefully they can pick it up because this house has potential.

There are some really great brothers here, but at the end of the day, this is a house filled with the awkward kids from high school. There are serious brotherhood issues. There are many brothers who are only tolerated, and they talk badly about each other all the time. But overall they are nice guys, just weird, and slightly elitist.

They are nice guys, but there are some serious division in the house. Some of the brothers hate each other which is always rough to see. But over all there are some good people in the house.

Alpha sigs are great dudes hands down. In the past, they've had issues with an abundance of individuals who were pretty full of themselves and made there house house seem exclusive. They were accused of stealing composites from rival frats almost over a year after they were stolen, but nobody mentioned the fact that one of there alumni did it. As of 2016, the dudes are more social with all houses than ever and share no bad blood anymore.
