New Frats pledge classes
by: How lolWell ΚΣ looks like they’re going to be long gone as they have no great leaders to take authority :/ and I have nothing against tke or ato but how are these other frats pledge classes not getting better as the years go by ? Everyone says “all the mid/bottom tier will move up to top tier because they’re true gentleman and are cool guys to be around !” Yet they’re not actually getting the solid guys (especially the studs 😍) :/ to be apart of their chapter ???? From a girl stand point Whats the reasoning ??

It’s basic psychology really. New guys want to join a fraternity that has accolades. They want someone with a grade A track record. They want a fraternity women swear by, somewhere they know they can accel their college experience. They want to be around studs because women are attracted to studs ,meaning women will show up to their events AND also feel comfortable being at the events. A big problem with middle/low tier fraternities like Phi Delt and Pi Kapp (both Goober Swamps) is they rush anybody they meet. They’re looking for numbers not caring if they rush guys looking like straight up Ninja Turtles. Even other fraternities, they care so much about getting their numbers up that they don’t care if they rush goobs/weens. They need to sit down and reevaluate their situations. Usually guys are only around for about 2-4 years until they dissociate themselves from the fraternity. Set yourself up so that once you’re gone, you won’t be left with a gaping hole that will lead to your fraternities downfall. TKE, ATO and maybe Kappa Sig (once the old guys burn out they are done for) have perfected this and kept popularity over a span of multiple years. These upcoming Fall pledge classes will reveal everything I’ve mentioned above

Everything this person said !!! People love to bash on upper tiers and say “ they’re losing top tier status/they’re going downhill/nobody likes them anymore...etc” yet here they are still throwing the bigger events and still stealing peoples girls and still having better looking pledges 😍 and still having better social events with the sororities all the while still getting looked at as not being the “nice guys” ... I think these popular frats know exactly where they stand and I’m sure they’re doing just fine if they’ve been in the same tier for years now. Y’all can go bash these nice guy recruiters for making your favorite mid/low tier frats stay irrelevant 🤡 girls will say “omg they’re such nice guys” but go bang a guy from the top 3 frats then go praise a mid/low tier for just being nice.

They’re actually under “investigation” for partying which has got to be the dumbest reason ever but I mean who isn’t going film that and snitch to IFC. Not a smart move to have had any events at all idk why they’d be naive. Will it ruin their rush? Yes def but they also had a good spring class compared to several that didn’t even have 1 pledge last spring so we’ll see how it plays out for them later

The Reason why the few chapters stay relevant or top tier is because people think those few chapters choose “un-gentlemen like/ cute-hot/ party animals/ bad gpa/ selfish” guys when in reality they choose motivating/ confident/ well kept/ ambitious guys. Why can’t other chapters recruit studs/jocks/ high confident/ social, etc guys ? Well cause they’re not FUN enough or enticing to rush ... all fraternities understand this plays a role somehow in recruiting (Same how sororities recruit more strictly than frats !!!) but some chapters have that drive in how “college hype” plays in recruiting. Those chapters just do better. TKE & ATO (kinda Phi delt) know how that whole “looking good” wether it be social media or around campus plays in general in peoples head. YES every chapter has its faults but just because that chapter isn’t a bunch of “nice/ suck-up” gentlemen doesn’t mean they don’t know how to run a chapter that keeps it running well And staying relevant. Every lower chapter just needs those different roles of a fraternity filled to carry out a chapter in being successful wether socially or academically. If y’all think any frat recruits party guys y’all got it all wrong 😂 there’s plenty of guys we’ve ALL AS A CAMPUS blacklisted since they’re “party guy” smooches. Hope recruiting goes well for everyone
