What is orientation and is it mandatory? How do I know which frat to pick?

ON TFM they have a description on the top 4 houses on a campus and here is how they stack up at UTSA:

Overrated house: Sig Ep
Overachiever house: Sigma Pi
Rager house: TKE
Conceited house: Kappa Sig

GDI house: everyone else

UTSA is a gdi school anyways. Idk why you wannabes are arguing about fraternities, most of you would not even be given a second look at UT Austin, TCU, or Texas tech

There are GDI type guys in every fraternity at UTSA. The only ones worth looking at (in no order) are Kappa Sig, TKE and SigEp (If they ever get back on campus). ATO isn't even chartered, Sigma Pi's are straight nerds, and I don't even need to mention why not to join Pi Kapp. The top 3 I mentioned should quit hating on each other and start throwing joint parties like real Universities with top Greek systems.

Each fraternity has their own stigma and they all have something to offer. In terms of my perspective the best 2 are Sigma Pi and Kappa Sigma. They are undoubtedly the 2 top chapter on this campus. TKE follows them, then ATO, LXA and finally Pi Kapp. Sig Ep was good but they aren't around anymore.

I would honestly only check out Sigma Pi or Kappa Sigma and see which of the two is a better fit for you.
