IFC voted last night to allow Sigma Chi to colonize this semester.

Why would they do that?
Utsa it’s already filled with new fraternities!!!
They need to focus on growing the ones that are already estblished.
They are only 3 good frats in Utsa and they are still pretty small if you compared them with bigger state schools.
