Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Texas at San Antonio - UTSA 2.8 Never see these guys around campus or involve in any sorority events, you only see the same couple guys and no one else, they're very to themselves which is a problem when you're trying to be a top tier fraternity, few of them i've met have been nice, also the newest actual fraternity to be chartered at Utsa although two more are on the way. If they came out more their ranking would definitely be different. Not a top tier at Utsa
