Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of Texas at El Paso - UTEP 2.0 They're really involved in campus but they seriously lack social skills. I've been to a couple of their parties/ events and I can truly say they're boring. They also need to work on their brotherhood which I feel that is the most important aspect in any fraternity. Most of them don't know how to dress so maybe that's another aspect you guys need to change in the near future

They know how to work hard, but then also know how to have a lot fun. True gentlemen! Although, they need to pay more attention to the people they recruit because the can reject some of the sweetest, hardworking guys and initiate some that still have some work to be Phi Delts. Despite that fact, still the best fraternity on UTEP! It can look as if they are becoming like Kappa Sig tho

Phi Delt is three times larger than every other fraternity at UTEP, has the best parties, rushes the best men, and leaves the low tier no bids to the other frats. They raise nearly 20k a year for their philanthropy, and won both homecoming AND Greek Week. Let's be real here!
