Why have spring expo and send out invites and get everyone's hopes up and then say no houses can give out bids? The Panhellenic program here is the most unorganized awful one ever.

This is NOT the chapters faults... Panhellenic dropped the ball!believe me... The chapters are just as pissed as potential new members are!
