sophomore rushing

I'm thinking about rushing this fall as a sophomore, do I have any chance of reviving a bid? I have a really good gpa but I don't have a lot of friends in sororities.

Hi! As a sophomore having a good GPA will help you out a lot! I rushed as sophomore & received a bid. If you don't have many friends in sororities but are nice, solid GPA, and maybe had some involvement on campus you will be fine!

Sophomores have a better chance because there is a separate pool for upperclassman.

That's not a true statement for every or even most chapters. Every chapter takes sophomore, whether or not they have a quota for non freshman girls is entirely dependent on the chapter. It's harder to rush as a sophomore and have as many options, but as long as you are open to the process and can carry a decent conversation you will most likely get a bid somewhere.
