Are TriDelt, DZ, or Phi Mu giving out Bids?

Phi Mu and Delta Zeta are. They just didn't have any actual events. Tri Delta is still deciding and will contact girls if they decide to give out bids.

I've heard that DZ and Phi Mu are giving bids but don't know for sure. Even chapter members are unsure. This years spring recruitment is very disorganized, unclear, and has been poorly handled.
