common misconception about spring rush

Chapters doing spring rush does not mean they are a bad house. A lot of good houses are doing spring rush, DDD, DZ, AXO, ZTA, KKG, AOPi... All good chapters. A lot of seniors graduate early which is mostly why they need to refill positions. It has nothing to do with quota. All chapters met quota in the Fall.
