How would bids be extended Friday morning when some parties aren't even until Friday night...?

Cob events begin tomorrow night. It's each chapters discretion when they want to have an event. Chapters can begin giving out bids Friday morning.

Each pnm has 24 hours to accept or decline a bid so if someone is offered a bid Friday morning they can still attend events Friday night and see if they get offered a bid Friday night or Saturday morning before their 24 hours is up. I'm assuming chapters who aren't having an event until Friday night will offer bids Friday night after the event. Some chapters are events both Thursday and Friday not.

You should also try to go to more than one event Thursday night. Chapters will understand if you can't stay forever at their house.

I recommend not accepting a bid right away on Friday morning and attending more events Friday night and seeing if you get another bid and then make a decision. Gives you a chance to meet more chapters, and maybe find yourself fitting in more with a chapter you meet Friday night than the ones you met Thursday night.
