Tiers are accurate. DZ should be top tier though

Top should be Phi Mu/DZ, TriDelt, AXO/AOPI.
Middle should be KD, ADPI, ZTA/ChiO.
Bottom should be SK, KKG, PiPhi/DG.
IN THAT ORDER. OP's rating is obviously from an alumni or someone that hasn't been on Tennessee's campus in at least 6 years.
