No matter how hard you try to force it, UT just doesn't fit into a tier system.
If you're basing ranks off of physical appearance, Every chapter has double zero girls and every chapter has larger girls. If you put phi mu, chi o, and DG into a room together, you really wouldn't be able to pick and choose who's in what chapter based on their looks.
Every chapter has their internal problems. More over, every chapter is filled with great women who are involved all over campus and who are FRIENDS with girls in most chapters.
It's not a competition, so stop.
