what are they looking for?
by: Cob?I'm a freshman, usually considered cute or pretty but not 'hot' or gorgeous, have a 3.85 this semester in the honors college do some volunteering on campus...do i have a chance for a cob? What are most looking for?

It sounds like you are exactly what a sorority is looking for! You should be fine going in as a COB! If I were you I would attend the Greek expo January 19th that way you know which sororities are holding COB events -- you can sign up on the UTK Greek website. Best of luck & happy holidays!
