This is accurate but if you look at the spring new member GPAs on the UTK Panhellenic site ( click on publication and resource) most all new member average GPA are well in the 3.00 pt range. Houses can also have average house GPA below their minimum GPA standard. GPA minimum is a standard to get in but that can still be considered a grade risk for top GPA houses.

each chapter has a minimum to rush. The first stats are correct. it's right on the PAN website.

Don't be fooled to think that houses with lower GPA acceptance standards will automatically bid girls with that lower GPA standard. Even though DDD, aopi, kd and phi mu have lower GPA acceptance standards, these houses are ranked in top 6 of all house GPAs. Why? because those houses are very gpa selective. If they love you and you are awsome they could bid you if you meet their minimum GPA standard but for those houses you would be an exception not a rule. Good luck!

doubt that. Sounds like a fictitious set up to critize a house for accepting a "grade risk". So much jealously on this site.

I don't know why anyone would down vote this. This is accurate and right off the PAN site. So you are mad because your house has a lower GPA requirement than others???
