Did way better than DZ. Can't say better than aopi, chio or tri delt cuz thoses houses don't compete for the same type of girls.

Zta can't really be compared in the same category as some houses. They're all different. I would say they're most like axo or tri delt, not saying they're on the same level as these houses but they have similar "types" of girls. All three have pretty earthy girls. whereas Phi Mu, DZ, or even AOpi have mostly very girly girls.

UT doesn't have the girly girl vibe like other southern universities. Aopi is a lot like chio and adpi. Phi mu and KD are alike. Tri delt is its own thing. None of those houses are like DZ because they don't recruit the same girls DZ does. Most of those houses know who they want before recruitment even starts and they get them. Apples to oranges you say? So no way to say who is better and no way to rank. So just stop

Apparently you have a vendetta against some of the houses you mentioned. The truth is you aren't as popular as any of the ones you bashed...TriDelt, DZ, CHIO, or AOPI. Those houses are all more sought out than you at rush. That is the truth. You are bottom middle tier, just moving out of the bottom tier this year.

Why does DZ always attack chio and adpi? DZ is not better than these houses but seems extremely jealous of them. DZ is and always has been a mid level house. Not on the rise at all. They have to participate in spring rush every year because so many members drop.

Why are you using this as your opportunity it bash DZ? Just because you got a better PC this year than in years past does not in any way make your recruitment or your house in general "way better" than DZ. You don't even recruit the same type of girls as DZ. Give it a rest. You're doing better this year, don't ruin it and stop being petty. Lots of good houses at UT. Grow up freshman.

Nobody is bashing DZ. Just because it was mentioned that DZ is not better than zeta and that zeta does not get DZ left overs is not bashing DZ. . If it were than DZ is bashing saying zeta got their "balled" girls. DZ is mid tier and always listing themselves as top on GR. Pointing this out is not bashing DZ but being truthful. It's DZ that gets too defensive about their rankings and attacks others.

Whoever is posting as "dz mid tier" you have posted on here 3 times on one thread. Give it a rest....... this post wasn't even about DZ. but of course you look for any opportunity to let it be known dz is "middle tier" even though in one post you said you can't do ranks at UT.

And DZ knows they are mid tier which is why they always bash adpi and chi o (also mid tier) to prove they are 'upper mid tier' finally I guess? When I went through rush (this year) i had no idea who had won what, had the best grades...but i was told over and over by people in west TN (where I live) who are alumni and those who are current students to pick 'tri delt, adpi, phi mu, or chi o'. This was not 7 years ago, it was this rush and not 1 person ever mentioned DZ. They weren't mentioned as low tier (a few were) just not at all. The only place they are ever mentioned as top tier (as so many on other threads have stated) is on GR. I do think they get good pledge classes, but they get the good girls that the real top tier ones inexplicably cut. That's their loss and DZ's gain though they aren't top tier now, they will be if the top ones don't stop cutting great girls to pledge stupid party girls just to attract frat guys. DZ mainly just needs to get their name out there so pnms will know they exist at this school and are good.

All I heard was TriDelt, KD, and PhiMu. I was told ADPI and CHIO used to be good and were now pretty low. I also just went through rush, so I guess it all depends where you are from. Honestly, I was more impressed with other houses. I think too many girls listen to alum who were here maybe 10 years ago.

I actually got advice from my cousin who is older than me. She told me to go in with an open mind. She has been very disappointed with her house, and she went on what she thought was popular by listening to people who had been off campus for too long. I am so thankful that I didn't listen to my Mom's friends...lol. I quickly found out the ones I thought were great, really aren't.

How did a question about Zeta turn into a bash fest for all the houses? It started when someone said, "Most of them are pretty girls that got balled from the good houses." That is the truth. Face it, there are so many great girls that go through rush that even the ones "balled" from other houses are amazing. It's a win win situation for everybody. I think Zeta must have some very insecure freshmen who felt the need to bash other houses that some see as better than them.

It was a few alumni but also alot of current students. Never mentioned KD. I'm from Memphis.
