You really just sound bitter... AXO is a great chapter and has risen to upper middle. They've been above ADPI and Chi O for over a year now, and KD has fallen to where you could put either one in the 5/6 spots (assuming AOPi is #4). They're interchangeable. Calm down. You claiming that they are or aren't something doesn't make it the truth.

AOPI and AXO are above KD. Sorry, but it's the truth. UT only has three top chapters (TriDelt/Phi Mu, DZ), the next 5 fall somewhere in the middle (AOPI/AXO, KD, ADPI/XO) and the next five are bottom (ZTA, SK/KKG, Pi Phi/DG)
