KD you are not anywhere close to better than DZ. In fact I'd move you down below AOPI and AXO. Low involvement, terrible sisterhood, and took sophomores that had DG and SK last year... Looks alone don't make you top sweetheart.

Not a pi phi but you can't take bottom tier dropouts and claim to be "top tier" because basically that's saying that after all of the "top" houses cut them once, they still weren't happy so they dropped, went back through, and more than likely got cut again by the same houses again... except yours. I'm looking at you KD
