I LOVE our greek system & think we have the potential to be great. We have gorgeous houses, great women, amazing frats, fun philanthropy events, every sororities social media & Tumblr pages are ON POINT like we have it ALL. Let's all just work together to show everyone how great our Greek community is as a whole! Let's make girls everywhere want to go Greek. Let's break records! Let's have the biggest rush we've had! Together we can show the rest of campus, the SEC, EVERYONE why sorority women are the best women!! I truly believe every chapter is great & feel so honored just to be in one. Spread Pan love and wear your letters proudly ladies..

And the freshman and new members---
EMBRACE YOUR NEW HOME! Even if it wasn't your number one, even if your house isn't top tier, EMBRACE IT. Be the positive change you want to see in your chapter! Meet your new sisters! Don't worry about other chapters or rankings. Just work on making your chapter the best it can possibly be!
No matter what house you are in they chose you new member..you are special and wanted and loved! These girls voted for you and saw something in you! So do not prove them wrong. <3

If ranks don't matter why the condescending 'love your house even if it isn't top tier'. smh, quit pointing out 'tiers' if 'ranks don't matter!

^ Ranks and tiers don't matter to me personally but to a lot of the new members it does and some of them were heartbroken with their bids. Clearly it's not condescending when I stated how each chapter is great and I love every house. My house would is not considered top & I wanted to comfort other girls and let them know thats OK. If that's all you took away from my post is that I mentioned tiers once then you clearly missed my point and didn't get the message at all.
