winter rush tips
by: PNMHow should I make connections with sorority girls so I have a chance of getting a bid in Winter rush? I have friends in sororities but I don't know how much weight they carry.

don't be fake and make friends with girls just because you think they can help you get into a sorority. You will end up very unhappy. Meet people and certainly there is no harm in approaching girls in sororities and asking questions but be friends with the girls you would normally be friends with. If you click with some girls and they happen to be in sororities, then maybe you increased your chances or maybe you didn't. You will never know. Just be yourself and if you don't get a Spring bid, rush again in the fall. The worst thing to do is to be fake and get into a house you don't actually fit in with.
