my rankings with explanations

I am in a lower middle tier chapter and this is how I personally see how the chapters fall.
1. Tri Delt- always recruits well, raises a ton of money for their philanthropy, seem to have fun together.
2. Phi Mu - despite them not getting their best pledge class this year, they are still top. Their girls are all still gorgeous and you know next year it's still going to be a desired house for Pnms.
3. DZ - went back and forth on putting dz or kd here but ultimately put dz because they got a really strong PC this year, participate in a lot of sorority events, and have a good sisterhood.
4. KD - 2 years in a row of not having their best recruiting year. However, they are still a favorite amoung PNMS and not a good recruiting year for THEM is still a good recruiting year for most other chapters.
5. ADPI - smart, pretty, desired house during recruitment, logged the most community service hours.
6. CHI O- they are super involved and do super well in campus events. 2nd highest GPA.
7. AXO - Smart and pretty. Won circle of sisterhood week. Some of you may argue that they should be higher but they're on probation so that's why I see them lower.
8. ZTA - been doing very well with recruiting. Won best philanthropy event.
9. AOPI - put them lower than they usually are ranked because I literally never hear anything about them other than they won lip sync. They're a strong chapter internally but externally they kind of lack.

10. SK - doing much than years past. Won the pan involvement award and recruited well this year.
11. KKG - same as AOPI. Recruit fairly well but don't hear much about them.
12. Pi phi - I know they're usually last but I think we do that because it's easy to throw them there without thinking about it. Top relay fundraiser, recruited a lot of girls this year, involved within pan and on pan exec. They've improved a lot and have good sisterhood.
13. DG - recruit the same type of girls as Pi phi. You don't really hear much about them but they were on probation last year.

I agree with this except ADPI and AXO I see as higher than KD. KD may have still had a "good" year for most chapters but ADPI and AXO have done better than them the last 2 years, and let's not forget about the 20+ of their members that dropped last year during recruitment. That says a lot about their sisterhood.

She has a point though.... ADPI and AXO are both better than KD now. I thought it last year but not enough to put over KD consistently. But now, yeah. Definitely. Honestly I think AOPI is better than KD too

No...ADPI has the best remarks..."smart, pretty, most community service hours"...GIVE IT UP...WE ALL KNOW IT WAS YOU NOW SO YOU CAN STOP POINTING YOUR FINGERS AT OTHERS!!!

I know that the squabble is all about top tier houses, but for what it's worth, SK has not risen this high in popularity. Maybe sometime in the future because they are doing better but girls tend to choose most of the other lower, or lower middle houses before them. Nothing at all wrong with them, but this is the truth.

There is no reason DG should be last?? They have great involvement and probably the sweetest girls on campus. Not to mention they are pretty and fun! Also, zeta being that high is questionable since they don't have the best reputation. Tri delt is a sought after house but when it comes to involvement, they do not try in any event and usually do not perform well. I could go on and on. this is all around just not accurate

I had a sneaky feeling that an ADPI was posting all this crap posing to be a CHIO, DZ, and Tridelt after that thread where each house had comments and theirs were GLOWING, not to mention they were at the TOP of the list. This really just confirms my suspicions. Clever. KD is better than ADPI by FAR!!!
