She said TOTAL, not quota. It doesn't matter if all these houses made quota, if they had too many active members drop, drop out of school, transfer schools or leave for whatever reason, even 60 new girls may not get them to chapter total. Their national organization will require them to COB, or to distribute as many bids as they need to get to chapter total.

Then I know for certain KD isn't at total. And many others. KD had 20 actives drop during recruitment last year. Also DZ and SK are the two largest sororities. And every other house on this list is fairly large.
