fall recruitment overview

First and foremost, I would like to say congrats to all of the girls who found their new homes! From my opinion, fall rush was pretty successful and for those who are wondering how it went I am giving my personal opinion.
More than 200 girls (almost 300) ended up not being invited back/withdrew during recruitment. So if you didn't get a house, don't feel bad and definitely try again! 1/5 girls did not make it to the end. Every house made quota which is also a huge accomplishment!
I would say most houses recruited really well except for Phi Mu this year. They recruited very different girls this year in contrast to their former pledge classes so I would not say that they are a top house anymore. KD,DZ,AXO,and ADPI did extremely well! ADPI and AXO had a TON of legacies go through this year which made it more competitive so don't be disappointed if your heart was set on one of these. Sigma Kappa is getting better each year and recruited REALLY well, and AOII got almost everyone they wanted. Pi Phi met quota so hopefully they get to stay for years to come! Zeta, Kappa, and Chi-o I assume did well but I don't know many girls in these chapters so I have no stance. Tri-delt did really well. For the girls who are contemplating on dropping, I strongly recommend that you stay in your chapter until initiation and if you still do not feel as if you are right for it, then drop. But give it a few weeks. And for the girls who didn't get a house, don't give up. 1/5 is a sharp number.

Read your own post slowly so you can understand why someone might be offended. Every house offers bids to the girls that they WANT.

Are we supposed to be swooning over your gracious opening? And it sounds like you are saying that Phi Mu recruited "different girls" and meaning that they are not as pretty as in years past. Just maybe they decided to take more into account than beauty. This is a good thing. I am disgusted by the insipid, shallow comments being made!

Take a look at their pledge classes. Pi phi met quota because they took a ton of girls I was shocked at
