I am a recent graduate and a KD alum. Rarely have I visited this site, but made the mistake of doing so since recruitment is here. I was so disappointed in seeing many negative statements against my house that I love so much. Also, many negative statements have been posted against ADPi and DZ. Last year the hate was directed towards Phi Mu, Tri Delt, and again DZ. All of these are wonderful houses, with each offering something positive for any PNM. They frequently participate in events together and would have no reason to bad mouth the other, especially when someone clearly already has a vendetta against them.

The fact is at UT we are very fortunate to have 13 fabulous sororities. Every house has girls who drop for various reasons, every house has their share of drama, and every house at one time or another is "top" or "bottom" depending on the OP. However, 99% of the time being in a UT sorority is a an experience none would want to miss out on. Most of what is written on this site is by a few people who were dropped by certain houses, are jealous of certain houses, or who are unfortunately unhappy in the house they are in. I can promise you there are only a few, as the recruitment system works very well. The only "bottom" house is the one you choose because of what you read on this site, and then sadly discover it is not a good fit for you. The best advice is to go into this week with an open heart and mind.
