That isn't true. There is a specific date each year, but I'm not sure what day it is, so I can't really give you an answer. Last year it was the same day the Gamma Chis had to disaffiliate, but that isn't necessarily the case this year. I am positive, however, that this date has already passed, so if it's still happening, then yes that is dirty rushing.
