There is no way to know. For all we know, the "worst" house could have the best pledge class because Rush is the only time the playing field is fair in Greek life. The same rules apply to everyone

Phi mu hasn't had stellar recruitment the last two years. However they are still a top house

TriDelt, PhiMu, DZ, KD, and AXO. They recruited the best last year.

is really hard to say. It would be hard to argue that TriDelt, PhiMu, DZ, KD, and ADPI recruited the best last year, but that does NOT mean they will this year. Every year is different! With that being said, theses houses have recruited well for two years running, so I doubt that will change. AXO and CHIO also recruited well last year compared to past years.
