Quota is determined by the number of PNMs that sign a pref card (which means they went through the whole process, not dropping or being dropped) divided by the number of sororities on campus. For example only, if 800 PNMs sign their pref card divided by 13 (UT) sororities then quota would be around 61. There are other factors that can come into play but basically that's how it works.
