Quit being so negative and nit picking about wording. Everyone knows nothing is guaranteed in life but gez give it a break. Recruitment is set up to place the vast majority of PNMS if they remain open minded and maximize their options. The girls you hear about not being placed either dropped because not getting invites to the houses they wanted, don't like rush, or only want a specific house during pref. Girls at UT that get dropped all together is rare and undocumented.

I'm not nit picking about wording. I am trying to make sure PNM's understand that a bid ISNT guaranteed for everyone. Frankly I think some girls come in with attitudes and egos and think they don't have to take recruitment seriously. I am not being negative, I am trying to make sure girls come to recruitment with the understanding that they need to make an effort, be gracious and let themselves shine. It is good practice for a job interviews in the future.
