Would a GPA a little over 3.0 still be good enough to not get dropped from a lot of houses? Is it still worth it to rush even with a few Rec letters per house?

a 3.0 in college is not the same as a 3.0 in high school and all of the houses will recognize this. In fact, most houses have different standards for freshmen and sophomores for this reason. You should definitely rush!
