what is rush like at ut?

Hey there, I'm a sophomore at UT and I am considering rushing this year. Can somebody tell me in detail what UT's sorority rush week is like? Is being in a sorority worth it? Do some girls literally just not get in a sorority at all?

Rush week is a long hectic week but being in a sorority is definitely worth it. You find your best friends and make friends in other sororities, also. You support great causes and it encourages you to maintain a high GPA. And yes, some girls do not receive a bid at all, but it is not as likely as long as you keep an open mind and return to every house you get asked back to, and always list the maximum amount of houses you went to in order of your favorites when you are ranking.

Go greek round you will visit all 13.
Philanthropy the max is 10.
Skit max is 6.
Pref round is up to 3.
