KKG and SK need to be moved down...Tri Delt is only number one because of chapter funds, they don't ever participate in philanthropy events except their own and only the top tier fraternities. They have some nice girls, but being top tier has gotten to many girls heads, overall a bit of a shallow chapter.

assure you I am NOT a DZ. I would put DZ lower top tier with AOPI. I would DEFINITELY put KD below AOPI and KD. KD's recruitment was a hott mess, sisters fighting, dropping like flies, and taking suspect pledges does not make for a top tier house, KD.
