and what makes you think those are the "top" sororities? And better yet, the right sorority for you? You need to focus on meeting the girls and figuring out where you fit in the best, instead of trying to get into what you perceive as the "top" sororities. Stop listening to others and figure it out for yourself. Find the house where you truly belong.

are all great houses, but KD is not a high as a couple of others. They are probably around 5th most popular.

you will get many different answers depending on who you talk to regarding who the "top houses" are. It isn't "common knowledge". Read this site. People argue about it all time. Go into rush with an open mind, don't listen to others opinions. Meet the the girls and go with where you feel the most comfortable. You are doing yourself a disservice by trying to get into what is thought to be a top house (by some people) when you may truly be happier in another house that is perceived as "not top tier". If you are in the right house YOU will think it is the best and THAT is what is important.

Those are consistently ranked highly so it's pretty common knowledge that they are top houses. But I do agree that that isn't what's important during rush and to try to keep an open mind.
