ADPI should be moved DOWN one if anything. I don't know when they started thinking they're top tier but this one good pledge class doesn't make up for the last three years of bad ones.

always really obvious when an ADPi is posting because they group themselves with the houses that are considered top. NEWSFLASH. ADPi is not top tier. They've struggled for years now, and are having a hard time staying in the middle, let alone the top.
