ADPI, KD, and AOPI should be BELOW CHIO on this list. CHIO and DZ are both better than these houses.

Actually, all of those houses are better than Chi O. They should actually be moved DOWN in this list... Below Kappa at least. One decent recruitment doesn't fix 4 bad ones, sorry.
