Tri delt / phi mu

My reasoning for some:
- tri delt got a great pledge class and has been on the rise, phi mu didn't have a great recruitment
- dz has won lots of events the last few years and their last 3 pledge classes have been great
- kd has been falling apart. They seem to recruit strictly off of looks which has hurt their sisterhood and reputation
- axo has moved up a lot the last three years because of their pledge classes, they are also competitive at events
- zta has fallen. Haven't gotten great pledge classes and their negative attitude towards other chapters has really hurt them

I agree Zeta has really fallen these past few years. I do not see tri delt that high up though. And SK has been improving with these past 2 pledge classes

Is threatened by axo though. People are just tired of their constant sell ranking.
