How can one say a certain chapter self-ranked just because they are at the top? Obviously the ones ranking are the ones putting themselves at the top. I think my sorority is number one and that is exactly why I chose it.. Everyone feels that way, so I mean self-ranking is inevitable. I wouldn't think a Pi Phi is going to rank themselves last, just as a Phi Mu is not going to rank themselves anything less than top. This is all just silly.
