Honestly, Not the best year for phimu. Very average pledge class and I don't think ranks as they have previously .

Your statement doesn't mean anything about the chapters except your friend doesn't see herself in those chapters. Not every girl wants every top chapter. I fell in love with what many consider a "bottom tier" house and was devastated when I got dropped, but I ended up in a "top" house I originally disliked, and now I wouldn't fit into any other house but my own. I'm so tired of people thinking because one girl doesn't like a chapter, they aren't good, and vice versa. Every house is great, but that doesn't mean they're all for everyone.
