in the spring

What are the chances of a junior getting a bid in the spring? I'll be a junior next fall too because of credits that didn't transfer, but I figured it would be too late to rush then. I know not every house does spring rush and I definitely don't have a specific one that I want to join, what's more important to me is sisterhood and philanthropy. Just kind of sad that it may be too late to experience it

Don't even try this year unless you can find a chapter where you can suck up to most of the sisters. With all the girls chapters got in the fall, they'll be way more selective and you won't stand a chance against the freshmen. Chapters want "babies" that will be there for four years, not a junior that's older than most of the girls that could be her big. Find yourself a way to get involved on campus, because it's too late for Greek life. Eventually you'll realize that it doesn't matter that much.

Since you don't have a preference and are open minded, your chances in the spring are pretty good. It really depends on which houses will actually have a spring rush. All of them did so well in the fall.
