top houses
by: HiNo matter how much bickering goes on on this site, 4 houses will still be top at the end of the day. Greek rank will not change that.. Phi Mu, KD, tri delt, And AOPi are the core 4 houses at UT. I don't think anyone can really disagree with that. Those are the most popular with pnms, boys, and have low drop rates.

and KD are so desperate. They both have fallen in recent years. Stop your campaigning, ladies. You look ridiculous! Low drop rates? Uh, there are others with lower. And KD...bottom in stuff that matters. AOPI is not known to be popular with the boys. KD and AOPI are not top houses. Just because you consistently post this, doesn't make it true.

could be a TriDelt. It's not like they got a great pledge class last year either. They were the rudest house of all during recruitment.

If by this criteria AOPi and KD aren't in the top four... then who is? Tri Delt hasn't really won anything in a long time or even come close really to placing... and they don't have great participation in events. So what is this based off of- money and looks? Because by that criteria you could bring back in AOPi and KD and even add DZ and ADPi. Honestly, Phi Mu is the only house that has the looks, personality, involvement, academics, and so on.. which is why most people consider it to be the sole top house.
