I'm going to be rushing but I am worried because I'm majoring in engineering. Is it possible to have a "harder" major but still have a good experience in greek life? Or should I save the money and not pledge? (Not trying to disrespect any other majors)

It's all about time management. I have sisters in every major from communications to double majors in sciences. You just have to workout a schedule for you. Express your concerns to sisters (or brothers since you said pledge) during recruitment. They'll give you advice. If you're going to rush though, do it now before your classes get harder.

are a good handful of engineer majors in my sorority!! My room mate last year was one. Her and another sister in our pledge class made sure they had the same class schedule each semester and studied and did homework with each other every day! Plus, study files in each chapter will help you tremendously! It is deff do-able. At least go through rush for the experience, then you can make your decision come bid day.
