They have just always been a chapter that is not sought out during recruitment. Plenty of girls will drop out of recruitment before accepting a bid from sk. They don't have very high standards

A few years ago they were really bad, but things have changed and with another good pledge class, they should move up a little bit more. Here's the thing: everyone talks about how terrible they think they are, but these girls have boyfriends in every fraternity and friends in every sorority. Only a select few groups of people are really rude about them being a "bottom house." Everyone thinks they're nice, they're just not the most involved in GREEK life fraternity/sorority events. If you get a bid from any chapter at UT, including sigma kappa, you'll be a very happy/lucky pnm because every house has something great to offer.
