#3by: Great houses
Yes all houses are amazing. Usually the bigger the house the more $$$ it cost so member fees are usually higher to pay for it(maintenance , cost to run it etc). Also the bigger houses have more "beds" to fill so more members will be required to live there. Sororities made decisions about their houses based on many things. Just like a real home size determines cost and that is passed on to others
#4by: The Details
The biggest houses are ADPi and AOPi at about 17K square feet, and I believe ADPi has the most beds. ZTA and PBP are next size-wise, but most of the houses are about the same size within a few thousand square feet. The decor in each house is unique and beautiful. The PBP chandelier is gorgeous. The DDD decor is classic contemporary and just beautiful. The dining/chapter room at AXO is really pretty. Many of the houses have put unique touches that you have to keep a lookout for - like the railing design at Phi Mu. Some are more bold, like the gorgeous dark stained wood in SK and the bright colors at ZTA. Some are very feminine & almost understated like DZ. There's something amazing in every single house. Also, about fees - one of the biggest factors is how the chapter pays for food/whether there's a full kitchen & chef to pay for and how the chapter divvies up that cost among members. You really have to do your research if you want to compare apples to apples. Consider the # of beds, the # of beds in each room (are you paying for a single, double, quad, etc.), the house fee charge that all members pay even if they don't live in the house, and the food fee and what it covers (breakfasts? lunches? dinner? every day or just some days?)...it's a lot to consider, but the bottomline is that every house is amazing and the experience of living in a sorority house is one every girl would be lucky to have!
