New houses getting ranked

I am a nosey non Greek girlie and I was just wondering why so many of the discussions on here have AGD ranked low. They have only come to campus this past fall and had a good pledge class from what I have read and from their insta. I literally I can’t find any other reason they get ranked low other than them being new. Are all new sororities that come to campus automatically viewed as not as good? I am genuinely curious

There’s nothing wrong with agd. They’re just new. I think they have done a great job with recruiting and marketing themselves so far. Nationally they are well regarded. If you’re looking for a factual assessment of any house, this place is not your source.

It will take time. AGD is different at every school. Some good and some bad. Just like KD is good here but lower at other schools.
