houses
by: II know this has been said before, but I will say it again.... the houses that are talked about the worst on this site are usually the best, and the houses that others are the most jealous of.

DZ had one of the best pledge classes last year, one of the highest return rates, and won big Greek events including Lip Sync and All Sing. Zeta won many events as well and has a great philanthropy. Some of the "old" top tier houses like to bash because other houses are creeping up, and they are falling.
