Whats the deal with phi tau

I dont go to UTK, but I matched with a guy on tinder who does and he told me he is a Phi Tau. I've never heard of it. Is their chapter any good? I just don't want him to be weird. I am an Aphi at UCLA.

i have a couple of friends who are dating phi taus, they are super fun but there are some kind of strange guys too. some of them are definitely f boys but like i said some of them have long term gfs so it kinda depends on the guy.

Girl, if you like him you like him. What frat he’s in shouldn’t matter. There are great guys in all frats with an equal number of weirdos as well.
