Rushing as a junior

Can you rush frat as a junior. I know it is not allowed at some schools but im transferring in and would like to rush. I got some friends in top frats, but I don't want to transfer in and be uninvolved. So I would like to rush. Is this possible

Yes its possible. They will always prioritize freshman first because they commit 4 years, but juniors can rush.

Just try to be more mature and speak about anything other than brews and socials without being a goob
