Yes, AOII & Chi O are high because they are most desired by Tennessee girls. And historically they're the best.

DZ and AXO are only popular to out of state girls.

im also from tennessee and me personally, i would switch aoii/chi o with axo/dz, put dg with aoii/chi o, bump tri delt down bc of reputation, and move agd above pi phi
