by: JWWhat happened to these two houses? When my sister started in 2008 she said they were top tier and by the time she left they had gone down the tubes. Why aren't they good any more? What makes them so unpopular?

don't think they've gone down the tubes at all. They aren't as good as they used to be, yeah sure. But they are still liked by a lot of girls going through rush (a lot of that has to do with because they are so well known nationally) and they still have great girls and are very involved

I can't speak for Chi O but I'm in a "bottom tier" sorority and ADPi took A LOT of the PNMs that we cut during recruitment. I was very surprised when I saw their bid list. I also heard they got in trouble with Pan because they had an illegal COB event during spring recruitment.

I think DZ is the only house that is going down hill. They are loud and switching to "lite" beer could help with some expansion issues. Plus DZ only wants pnms that stalk GR. So if you aren't on this site you won't get in.
